These clowns also double as a U-Haul drop-off location and they took my U-Haul back on 1/5 but said i didn't drop it off until 1/10. Luckily, I took a picture and had all of my metadata showing the time and location. I had a feeling after they wouldn't acknowledge me for 20min, made me back in the trailer into a tiny spot and unhitch the trailer myself, that they would f around somehow. I am disputes with U-Haul now for the charges. Beware, they lie and steal.

We found the chair we were looking for a a very good price as they still have their Black Friday deals on. The people working there are very friendly and they let you shop without feeling like you're being pressured by a pushy salesperson.

We purchased a $2500 bed and frame. They were all purchased together. The headboard would not attach to the frame. They said they would come back and fix it. Then called and said it needed a different frame but it would cost another $100 plus a $49. Delivery fee. Seriously I was so upset I told them not to come back here.

Bad experience all around. Salesman, older gentleman with grey hair. Was very dismissive toward my wife. And not helpful and impatient while we were setting up the financing He also Didn’t know any warranty information. He explained NOTHING about the financing. Then forgot to swipe my card. And had to return to the store. Delivery guys shoved metal clamp through the cloth mesh underneath couch.

They are the new local U-Haul dealer. Instead of driving all the way to Crescent City or further, I was able to drop it much sooner and not put as many miles on it. Great service. Jessie and the staff are wonderful.

I wish they had a -☆ the worst experience. I have had an issue with my sectional since I bought it. The frame broke 2x and the staff dropped it on delivery once. The owner BOB is so unprofessional and has horrible customer service. He will stand in the middle of the store and yell at a woman customer and try to dismiss her. Will NEVER go back.
