This bulb + lighting store has been my go-to neighborhood bulb shop for over a decade. They've moved several times but fortunately for me, always within the same block. Especially for specialty bulbs with odd pins, wattages, volts, etc. that I'm not sure about, their customer service is so fantastic (ask for Year--he's super nice), I just take my burnt out bulb + they find the exact replacement for me. They also did a lamp repair for me a while back, too. They do free consultation for repairs before you commit, which is a nice bonus. I love supporting my neighborhood, small, local stores where you get to know the people there. It's a great feeling to be connected to your community. Shop local!

I'm very glad this store is in my neighborhood..the Village They stock a huge collection of bulbs at a reasonable price. Today I stopped in looking for just 1 light bulb (Amazon and other online companies don't generally sell that few.) I also asked about a bulb to replace one that I can't access on my own. They figured out exactly what to get. About a year ago they completely rewired an ancient lamp and it is now better that ever.

This place is great and the customer service was outstanding. I was looking for a specific bulb and they waited five minutes past closing so that I could get there. I am sure I barely scratched the surface of their product offerings. I plan to buy all of my specialty and general lightbulbs here whenever I can. I really appreciate the ethos of the store. They were kind in the structural way that they didn't have to do and that really helped me in a pinch.

This place has no clue what customer service is. Anything you buy from them is non-refundable and the receipt you receive says nothing about their return policies. Its store credit only!!! Even if you return it the next day.
