I would give this business 10 stars if I could! I work for a non-profit in Little Rock, and we needed to order furniture for two individuals moving to Magnolia. Doug was incredibly patient and gracious, assisting us over the phone without us ever stepping foot in the store. He sent me pictures of the furniture and ensured timely delivery and setup. Good prices, good products, but horrible customer service. The delivery men ripped our couch. Rescheduled delivery for a replacement. Now we seem to not be a priority. I guess they got thier money, I suppose that's what is important.

I absolutely love going to Burbank Furniture. I've bought bedroom suites, standalone chesters, bookcases, mattresses, etc. Wonder customer service. They are always willing to help. I even like that fact that I live 30 minutes away and they will deliver for free.

Doug Burbank is friendly, helpful, and ready to do whatever is necessary to help you find the furniture you want. He and his staff know how to deal with the public. I bought the glider rocker in the photo and it is extremely comfortable.

Very unsatisfied. Bought a table set and when it was delivered the rubber stoppers for my glass table were missing. Burbank staff acted like it wasn't their problem they weren't able to deliver their inventory properly and it was an inconvenience to try to fix their mistake , which ended up not being taken care of. Made sense why they only have store credit refunds. Shady shady business!
