We worked with Bynn on a large project - remodel of kitchen, den, dining room, living room, new stairs, new floors. Having someone that does both the architectural drawings as well as design is a big help to maintain a single vision of layout that works with the design.

Bynn is very detail oriented and we liked how much thought and work went into the project before breaking ground. It prevented a ton of stress as most of the layout and design decisions were done before demo even took place.

Our house is unique and had some interesting angles to work with. Bynn's concept for our kitchen was way better than what we thought was possible and designed a kitchen that was better than what we thought our dream kitchen could look like.

My husband and I cannot say enough about Bynn and her team. She came highly recommended, and I can personally see why! Bynn was very responsive, professional, creative, and had excellent solutions for any issues that came up during our construction - even my GC was impressed with her! Though we didn't use her for the house drawings, she helped us with the interior design. There were some areas after the studs were put up, that didn't sit right with us. She suggested a few minor tweaks and shifts of walls and door locations that to this day has made a world of difference. The flow now makes sense especially with how we typically use the rooms, and literally we walk into those spaces and thank her for the improvements - EVERYDAY!
