Merrick, our closet designer, came up with a wonderful plan for our new closet. She implemented everything I asked for and made suggestions that gave us a great new close that we love. She was friendly and easy to work with.
Chad, our closet installer did an excellent job. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. He explained how to make adjustments and was friendly and pleasant. Great job!

The initial experience with California Closet was great. Emma was easy to work with, helped think through design logistics, and installed quickly. However, after only a few years, a small portion of the closet has discolored. As far as the yellowing, it only affected a small portion of the cabinet and not all the areas that get sun exposure from a small window. I was not made aware that the closet material was not UV resistant, had I known, I either would have not purchased or I would have installed a window treatment. Also, this product was knowingly installed in front of a window. If this was a known possibility, why would that have been done? If it wasn’t a known possibility, why won’t California Closet correct the issue?

Lastly, I inquired at the end of July about this issue along with asking if I could purchase two additional rod support brackets. I was told twice that the brackets had been shipped and I would receive a tracking notification. I haven’t received the brackets, tracking, or responses to my follow up emails.

I’m disappointed in the customer service.

Seriously such a great experience! Working with Alexis was such a breeze, she was super accommodating and able to change things on the spot together during our consult. And Doug our installer was awesome! He took us thru the whole process, kept us informed, asked our opinion as we went thru. Could not be happier with our experience. We LOVE our new pantry!

I have wanted a craft room for a while and we moved into this house and at first I didn’t know who to call and I came across an ad of California Closets and that they had done some craft rooms. Wow, so professional, my designer, Erin, was fantastic. She had all kinds of ideas and I got to see it on the computer before they put it in. They kept me updated through the waiting period of how things were going and that they were still on schedule . Well today was the day and they put it in and WOW what a room! The installers were on time , professional and cleaned up until everything was spotless! My craft room is perfect! I may never come out of this room! I highly recommend this company. I am sure you will be glad you called California Closets for your needs!

Erin Moore was our designer. She made the process efficient, painless and professional. Her creativity on the layout and design of our closet and butlers pantry was spot on with excellent ideas. She really listened to what we needed and designed our space accordingly. Can’t recommend Erin in Carmel IN enough for her great work.

Erin was a dream to work with - it was like she could read my mind and made my vision come to life so quickly! 15 minutes of talking and then she drew up our pantry on the spot. A few tweaks and honest feedback from her got us a custom design that was less expensive than the other company I had priced with even more storage and better quality! Great communication throughout the process and follow up. Thomas installed the pantry and was so polite, notified us before arriving, and checked in during construction to confirm where we wanted things. Couldn’t recommend Erin and the team at CC more strongly - incredible quality and experience for the price!
