I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Matt on a custom closet design and installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nicole was fantastic in helping me design a closet that perfectly fit my needs and style. She was attentive, creative, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her suggestions were spot-on, and the final design exceeded my expectations.

Matt handled the installation, and his work was nothing short of exceptional. He was professional, efficient, and meticulous in every detail. My experience with California Closet was great. My designer Emerald was awesome, very friendly and very professional and very talented. She is prompt with time, overall, I loved the design she made for my closet. The very cluttered closet I used to have can now be walked in to and my clothes, shoes and bags are all very organized. Her design was very good and to top it all, the price was reasonable. I love my California closet!!! One more thing, the installer Derek was awesome too! He was on time when he arrived and kept me informed when he was arriving. He did an excellent job installing my closet, he was very friendly, professional and his work is very clean. He even helped me put light bulbs in my closet and carried my drawers for me to the other room. Actually, I’m having my pantry done by Emerald again and I requested Derek to install it. California Closet overall is awesome. I will definitely try get some built-ins in the future. You’re company is awesome, your people are awesome!!! LOVE YOU ALL!!! So happy!!!

I could not be more pleased with the design process and overall result of our master closet. The space is functional, attractive and meets all of our needs. Nicole Townsend, Design Consultant was attentive, easy to work with, listened to our ideas and had great suggestions too. I cannot recommend her and California Closets enough! We are very satisfied.

I am a repeat customer and have had 3 projects with CC Louisville. Nicole is an awesome designer, taking all of my needs into consideration. She works super fast and is patient with all my changes and requests. Mike has installed all of my projects and it's like having white glove service. Plaster walls, uneven floors, he can handle it all. I'm currently scheming my next project.

I very highly recommend California closets! Ask for Nicole if you can, she came to our house and helped my wife and I create a wonderful piece that completely changed our living room. We were totally new to the process and she helped us through every step patiently. She was understanding of our budget and helped steer us in directions to create our dream but within the price we could afford. The install team was wonderful as well. Small crew that came in and worked quickly and clean! If you have a project that needs to be done well, go with California closets!
