CC was so easy to work with. I had a small office space (last picture is the before) and they worked with me to create a dream walk in closet. I did the demo and painting myself. Their suggestions helped me find the right layout for my space, installer arrived on time and got it all done in one day. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

The installation went smoothly. Both Samantha and Kevin were super professional and courteous, and the final product was of the highest quality. We worked with California Closets for many built-ins in our home and we are very happy with them. Sarah is a great designer to work with and she can make miracles around structural limitations. We did quite a few closets, shelves, storage and a little office with them and we were very satisfied with the end result. They are also great at following up with little adjustments after the initial installation, which is quite important for sizable projects. In our case, they even found minor things we ourselves hadn't noticed before and made everything perfect for us.

Great customer service and love the end product. Our designer, Tacha Scott was always available to us, and where other designers we spoke to gave us reasons why what we wanted wouldn’t work, Tacha always worked with us to come up with an alternative to make it sure it would. We chose custom hardware that our installers had never worked with before but we were able to meet with Shawn and his crew to insure they’d be installed to our satisfaction. Lastly, Amanda and the customer service people consistently worked with us on getting delivery coordinated and installed promptly. As far as final look of product, our contractor friend was impressed with how flush all the cabinets were after installation.

While doing closet redesigns I think is complicated because of all the nuances, measurements and details, I found Annabelle and California Closets to be a solid company to work with, probably better than other known and high profile closet redesign companies. There was more back and forth that what I would have wanted, and just a little snafu with installation, but everything was done on time if not before. There are always little details that the homeowner discovers because it is a new experience and everything is discussed so it is hard to remember. For example, painting the back wall was needed because we went without the backing. So stuff came up. But by and large I would work with California Closets again, definitely. Lastly, they kept it in our price range, even working with the sliding door company to keep our quote price the same.

P.S. Stars need to be nuanced. They were closer to a 5 then a 4 so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I highly recommend California Closets -- if you can afford them. Other than one minor ordering error that made my project take longer to complete than I would've liked, I'm exceedingly happy with everything they did. My wall bed/desk look great and the designer focused on our needs and made it all happen. They have so much experience working with HOAs that helped that process go smoothly and stress-free. You pay for the benefits they bring you and, as I mentioned, there was one minor ordering/scheduling issue that was inconvenient, but these things happen and overall I recommend wholeheartedly.
