Everything went great with a furniture installation in a bedroom. My designer came to my house, made suggestions and measured carefully. I appreciated also visiting a showroom where i could see different options. the install went well. The team covered the floor carefully with cloths, put the furniture in, and showed me everything at the end. I should have done this years ago. I installed a twin murphy bed, storage cabinets, and a desk. transformed a multi-use room into a space i want to work.

The whole process took a few months from design, changes, waiting for installation, and then waiting for glass doors. Below are some progress and end photos. Be aware that you have to prep the closet yourself or pay a handyman. They do not do it for you. There was pressure from the deisgn/sales person to lock in your price, which I found annoying. Salesperson/designer was nice to deal with and had good ideas, but there was definitely pressure to make the sale. In the end, I'm pleased with our new functional space and happy with the final outcome. The installers were all professional and lovely to deal with. Overall, I spent way more than I initially budgeted for, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Out of three companies out there we decided to go with California Closets, and we are so glad that we did. The whole process was smooth, we sat together and designed the details, they arrived at the installation date completed the installation, very clean and professionally done, competitive prices, solid materials and hardware used, and the outcome is outstanding. Exceptional Experience with California Closets!

We had an amazing experience with California Closets, and we can’t say enough good things about Wendy, our project manager! She was incredibly patient, creative, clever, accommodating, and so kind throughout the entire process. Wendy gave us all the time we needed to plan, rethink, and execute our project to perfection—and the results are stunning! Our living room has been completely transformed; it truly feels like we moved into a new home.

The installation team was just as impressive—quick, efficient, considerate, and highly professional. The entire process was seamless, and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We love it so much that we’re already planning more projects!

Steven was very nice and professional. He seemed to be very exact with the installation which is good since I am very particular. There was a shelf that was slightly damaged, and he arranged for a replacement. My house has just been rebuilt after a fire, and Steven was very careful taking up all of the parts of the closet to be built not to damage any of my walls. He also covered up my new carpet so there wouldn't be any damage or dirt.
I also enjoyed working with Melissa who is also very professional and went out of her way to clarify my concerns .

Working with Alice K to design our dream closet was an absolute pleasure! The closet is GORGEOUS and so incredibly functional. We also had some very specific needs incorporating a laundry area into the design. Alice K worked with us to accommodate a washer and dryer without sacrificing the elegance of the design. Absolutely loved the results of our fitted wardrobes! The customization options were fantastic, allowing us to tailor everything to our needs. The installation process was impressively fast—completed in just one day! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seamless and efficient wardrobe solution
