I wanted to purchase an Ilve stove for my new custom home but unfortunately there were no distributors for the brand where I reside. During my research, I saw a post of a customer from out of state that had purchased the very unit I was researching from Capital Wholesale. I happened to have a business trip to Sacramento and ubered over to check out the store and speak with the sales people. I was impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of both the owner and salesman so I decided to order the unit and have it shipped to Arizona. My build took much longer than anticipated and Capital wholesale was kind enough to hold the unit free of charge while my house was being completed. Once I was ready for the stove, Capital promptly shipped the unit and it arrived in perfect condition. That is saying a lot for a 600 lb stove. I highly reccomend Capital wholesale as a satisfied customer.

I took a floor lamp in for repair on a Monday and they were able to repair it and I picked it up on Friday. It works perfectly again! Great service! The store has a variety of lighting fixtures, decorative items, appliances and you name it. Fun to look at everything.

At a recommendation of a neighbor we stopped by looking for a built-in refrigerator. Fred assisted us immediately, showed us a few which were great quality products. We left to compare prices and stock elsewhere going to about 4 stores but ended up coming back. Capital had the product in stock, brand new in the box and their recommended installer had it delivered and installed the very next day. Built-ins are considered luxuries and not usually in stock. Some stores were out 6 weeks to months to get the product into their warehouse. Needless to say we came back and a week later we are very satisified with the product, pricing and service. Thank you!

Capital wholesale electric was recommended by my general contractor and so I went to this store to buy items needed for the kitchen and bathroom renovations. Was extremely pleased with the customer service provided. The owner’s daughter Amanda was so helpful in showing me different hardwares for the drawers. She took her time in helping me and I truly appreciate that. I didn’t feel rushed to make my decision. I highly recommend checking this family owned business. This store carries a whole array of high end appliances as well as good mid grade products. I found a store that I can comfortably go back for future projects. Best experience. Don't let the small space fool you. Not only are there hundreds of things to see in person, but they are willing to work with you on products that you may have seen elsewhere. I purchased my entire kitchen set-up with Kas (4 appliances) and he held my hand through the entire process, gave me deals I don't believe I could have gotten elsewhere with rebates and specials, and they were kind enough to hold my order while I waited for the remodel to progress (NINE months). Once delivered and installed (which he took care of setting up for us), he contacted me with all the pertinent information to get products registered, warranties set up, and walked me through it all online. Crazy good customer service. And its not just appliances - lighting, sinks, cabinet hardware, fixtures, etc. I will be back!
