Tony and Eddie were quick to respond to our request for and estimate and guided us through options and pricing for shutters, blinds and shades. We were provided two pricing options as requested and were able to select whole house shutters because of their fair pricing and timing. They installed the shutters and shades and were diligent about adjustments and quality with their installation. We are extremely satisfied with their prompt follow up and professionalism throughout the process.

We've relied on Carolina's for several years for many different kinds of projects, and we've been delighted with the results every time. Most recently we envisioned a 3/4 round ottoman to wrap around some trim separating two rooms. This is so custom that there's no way you ever could find it in a store. Karina came out, made a template, and in a few weeks, we received our new ottoman. It's perfect. That's been our consistent experience with Carolina's over the years. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Where do I start? I have been a customer of Carolina Custom Design for at least three or four years now and have never been disappointed. I gladly post a very favorable review for the drapery and upholstery workshop because their work is not only highest quality but thay are willing to take on some of the most unusual projects -- like the eighteen-foot-long silken cords that are mounted at the top of my 2 1/2 story living room and hang on either side of my fireplace. No matter how wild my imaginings, Karina Young has cheerful approached the tasks, offering her years of experience, and never batted an eyelash. And the results have been exactly what I wanted!

One of the more challenging tasks was the time I asked Karina whethe she thought they could turn an l-shaped 10 X 6 sofa into a 9 X 6 sofa. I thought that surely there were times when an upholstery task required some repair or modification of the furniture pieceMost upholsters would have thrown up their hands in horror and run the other way but not Karina. After conferringwith her staff, she told me that they thought they could do it. What made the task even more challenging was the fact that the back of the sofa had a curved upper edge. But nothing daunts these people and, sure enough, I now have a sofa that fits the wall where I always wnted to put it. The staff are miracle workers!!!

the designers opinion therefore began my relationship with Carolina. Let me first say not only is her work,
Her craft and workmanship outstanding, but the entire family who works with Carolina like my family...
I asked Carolina to make a baby numbers, quilt, and rocking chair cover for my grandson... It was perfect
and so adorable, more than I could have imagined. The chair cover was not to carolina's standards, so she came to mission Viejo to pick the chair up and raise it to her perfection.
Yesterday I picked up my antique chair that Carolina recovered in a fabulous leapord. I was concerned as
It was totally different design and look that may have totally failed. Omg, fabulous!!!!! I could go on and on
