I had never used an interior designer before. However, I contacted Lola Castle on designing my daughter’s bedroom and loft for our new home. I explained to her what I liked (colors, bedding, paintings, pillows etc.), what my daughter would like and the budget I wanted to spend. She was very easy to talk to. She took the time to sit down and provide suggestions that I absolutely loved! She helped with every little detail to make my daughter’s bedroom so special and put items in places I didn’t even think to put there. She not only put her touches on it but kept what I wanted in my vision as well. She was always available and returned calls quickly. I love working with Castle Designs! I’ve had Lola help me on a variety of projects in multiple homes. I love how she can work with what you already have and she pulls it all together. A few weeks ago I moved into a new house and my living room is an odd shape rectangle with a entertainment nook and two arch ways. I have a sectional that can only go one way. I was having the hardest time trying to set up my living room without making it look like two seperate rooms and make also make it look inviting. I had spent hours moving things around but it seemed hopeless. I even started a list of new furniture I might have to buy just so I could make it work in the space. The house also came with thick dark colored curtains but I didn't have time or money to buy anything new right away. I consulted with Lola who literally within minutes solved my living room issue, added an area rug, some floor lamps and throw pillows. I was shocked by her quick thinking and creativity to map out and define a space using items I already owned. She also fixed my curtain problem by simply removing the brown blackout curtains. The rods had cream colored sheers behind so I still was left with an amazing window treatment that brought all the light into the room while still giving me the privacy I needed. I was blown away by the transformation and I didn't have to purchase anything new. Everyone who comes over has been giving me so many compliments about my new living space. I am very quick to tell them it was all due to Lola and her "magic" design brain. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Lola. If you are looking for someone who is honest, creative, and professional you have to give her a try. I promise you won't regret it!
