I ordered a set of 3 small tables and it gave me a choice to have them delivered to the store . Since I was not sure I going to love them I chose to see them before I bring them home . I was happy to get an email that they are ready to pick up and the email came with instructions. I was told to provide my arrival time and my car type and it said to sit in the car and wait . We waited 15 minutes and I tried to call the store and no one answered . I got out of the car because I got tired to wait . There was a door with a button so I pressed just to see if anyone answers . To my surprise some woman opened the door and I told her I was waiting . She started telling me only half of my order arrived and I told her a was waiting following instructions on the email . She said they didn’t know I arrived because internet doesn’t work in that basement. I was shocked and told it was crazy how was I supposed to know this ? Why they are sending emails with half of table delivered ? Why they have wrong instructions on emails they sent out to costumers? She told me I looked upset and called her supervisor Julius and he came back to tell me they don’t recommend ordering store delivery because things arrive in parts and went on to telll me now internet doesn’t work in this basement . He was blaming me for ordering in store delivery ! I told him I was given that option and I took it . When I told him why they sent such misleading emails and why I have an option to deliver to the store when it’s such bad option, he tells me he is sorry I have such bad experience . How was I supposed to know to have tables delivered to their store is a bad choice ? The manager and this other storage female worker was blaming me for getting upset and were accusing me of being rude when I was expressing my shock with their horrible service . Was a supposed to be happy about it and thank them ? Plus both of them were talking at the same time and female worker who called the manager came back and was still talking and when I told her she can leave since she called the manager to talk to us, the manager told me not to be rude to his co worker . So the female worker called the manager and I don’t get a choice just to talk to the manager ? It was so out of line , I just told them it was not worth my time !
I have done number of in store deliveries with CRATE and Barrrel in Beverly Hills and they never had such issues ! This place is the worst !!! Cancelled my order ! Your staff is the worst ! I find it disgusting and disturbing when your staff blames customers for your mistakes !

I’ve faced similar issues with unfulfilled promises. Been waiting 2 months to hear from the designer! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone needing help making selections. Other similar grade stores offer much better customer service.
I’ve contacted the assistant manager and waiting to see how he will address this delay.

Horrible experience with customer service regarding damaged table console that I purchased in 2021. I picked up the console in January 2022 since there was a supply shortage and when I unboxed the item it was badly damaged already. I’ve been communicating with customer service for a full year now trying to get a replacement yet it never showed up. I was supposed to be receiving my replacement in November 2022 but I never received it, and now I just want my refund which I should have accepted one year ago. I would not recommend buying any large items that either have to be picked up at the warehouse or delivered to your home.

I ordered 6 boxes of glasses for pick up from these locations. I drove about 3 hours total. Once I got home, I realized that I was missing a box. Accidents happen, but I was worried about having to do another drive. When I called, they were super sympathetic and accountable. They offered to ship the box to save me the trip. I am super grateful for the customer service and also my new amazing glasses!

I love this place! They're still under construction but they still managed to merchandise the store very well. Customer service is great. You dont feel like you are being rushed or hassled. Love the choices!!! Will be back soon!

This review is for the Trio Floor Lamp, which I purchased online because it was recommended by the NYTimes Wirecutter as a good floor lamp. Note: I submitted a review via the CB2 website, which they moderated and did not allow pictures to be posted. So here is my honest review with pictures.

This lamp comes in four pieces that you put together, but the pieces do not match in color. The piece that sits right in the middle is of a faded gold color, while the other ones are much brighter. This color mismatch makes the whole piece look cheap and of low quality. The lamp is also extremely heavy, so it will be difficult to return, since they do not allow for in-store return. Returns by mail are not free. I payed over $300 for this lamp and I'm very disappointed. A lamp from Target would have been better than this

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do not order from this company. I ordered this item Dec 2021 and received it May 2022 but I received it completely damaged. I went outside to see it left in front of my house open box and damaged. Considering I paid so much money for it, they should have shipped it with a delivery service and not trust fedex to deliver a fragile item. I contacted customer service and they said they will ship a new one out end of May. I was already annoyed that I had to wait but I said fine I will. I contact them AGAIN end of May to find out it will be delivered end of June. I call end of June for them to say we have no status and we can’t tell you when it will be delivered. When I contacted them once again the customer service representative said “Well the issue is we had a lot of defective and damaged ones so sent back and we are unable to do a replacement until we get a not damaged or defective order in.” She basically was confirming that their items are cheap and are rip off. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them. Unless you would like a broke item.
