Called and picked up in the same day, about 600 sq ft. Triumph 2 was the recommended sod for where I live so I spent the extra few cents and it looks great. Have a kid and 75lb dog that run on it and love it too. I kept the dog off of it for about a month to let it root. Watered three times a day for a couple weeks now down to about twice a week. The grass is sensitive in the first few weeks and it needs to have a few inches of soil and a layer of top soil but will do just fine. The photo has gopher wire underneath the sod and it had no problem rooting. Couldn’t be happier with the sod. I have failed with sod in the past and their recommendations for prepping really helped. I have done four lawns with this sod and it looks great after 10 years. Triumph 2 is great for the Central Coast. The people are helpful and delivery is on time and easy to install. I like them so much I offered to help with their website!

I recently had Triumph 2 installed in my small yard. I have a dog and was assured it was the best choice. It has been in for a couple of months, tended by landscaper, watered regularly and looks horrible. I have large bald spots and grass dying on the edges of the spots. The netting is showing through because the sod was so thin and there are grubs throughout. My landscaper contacted the company and was told ‘it’s not their problem’.
The previous grass was removed and a load of topsoil installed prior to the sod being laid. If the company doesn’t stand behind their product, I don’t advise purchasing from them - unless you want a lawn that looks like this…

I showed up without calling ahead, not knowing they don't harvest daily, so order a few days prior to installation.
They were great and actually went out cut my small 80 Sq. ft. order while I waited. Great customer service. Saved the day. I appreciate Central Coast Sod!

I bought 60 ft. Of sod the other day and the secretary looked really on a bad mood, but maybe if she tries at least smile a little it will make a difference to the costumers. Counting on, she calls the guy in shipping and handling and me wating for him where the pallets of sod were and guy instead of helping me load he told me "that's your load, you can load it up yourself"😯😡 I was like... dude give a break isn't supposed to be your job? Anyway, people prepare yourself or have somebody to help you load it up.

Best sod on the Central Coast. The sod I bought was totally free of weeds and crabgrass unlike other sod I bought in the area. Very healthy and sets in no time. Highly recommended.
