I'm truly blown away by the service Andrew provided. Between two huskies and a toddler, my carpets & couch were shot. Our sofa was purchased used about 5 years ago, from a couple who had used it for years after they purchased their home furnished. So this couch has had some life, and we had never had it professionally cleaned before. Now it looks like it could be new, AND the pet urine odor (or was it toddler urine ?‍♀️) is completely GONE. This smell on just one of my cushions was my primary motivation to hire a carpet/upholstery cleaner, so mission accomplished! I was impressed with Andrew's communication, kindness, & professionalism. He responded to my inquiry promptly, and even asked if he could arrive earlier than scheduled on the day. He communicated well during the process as well, & really nailed his estimated timing, which in my opinion validated his level of experience. He was very thorough and even went above and beyond to make sure I had the desired outcome. I very confidently recommended this company and will absolutely hire them again.

Amazing customer service and communication along side amazing work! Danny and Miguel took such good care of us with 2 kids and dogs running around we couldn’t have asked for a better experience in our home! Second time having Andrew come by to deep clean my room. He’s the only one I trust and go to for deep cleaning my carpet in my home. He did an amazing job and it smells good too. My son had puked all over and it was hard for me to get the smell out myself. Thank you so much for always doing an amazing job and leaving it looking new! I recommend Century Carpet , trust me, you won’t regret it. Also have to mention that I texted him super last minute as an emergency and he was able to come the same day, so I appreciate that more than you know! Ty.

Andrew at Century carpet care showed up on time and did a wonderful job on all of our bedroom carpets including a older throw carpet in our living room that looks way cleaner and we was ready to toss It!
