Michelle has been our interior designer for almost twenty years. I cannot recommend her enough from redoing one room to designing an entire house. She helped us build our house- working with the architect, the builder, and every detail of each room. She can work with any style and any budget. She truly has a gift and you will love her store!

I typically don’t post reviews but wanted to share my experience with Changes Interior Design. The store is absolutely beautiful. I shop quite frequently for gifts for my kids teachers, for hosts of parties, birthdays and holidays. A couple years ago, the owner Michelle helped me redo several rooms in my house. I’m an accountant and don’t have a creative bone in my body. She spent many hours with me pulling together window treatments and fabrics, paint colors and furnishings. She is a true designer and knows how to pull together colors and patterns that I would never think of. She really understood what I wanted and needed and my house never looked better. Go see her retail store. I live in West Los Angeles and it’s worth the drive every time. Laura

Where to begin? I don’t usually write reviews, but here goes: I have been hiring and recommending Changes Interior Design and Michelle for over 20 years. I think a lot of people believe using an interior designer is a luxury they cannot afford or something they can do themselves. Until I met Michelle I was one of those people. Our first project, I believe, was when I hired her to gut my house and give it a fresh new interior. I knew it was going to be a complicated job but Michelle made me feel at ease. I loved that she was genuinely interested in incorporating my ideas too. When the house was “done” I felt like it had my signature on it as well. I was thrilled with the atmosphere we created. I was proud to show it off as everyone was all oohs and aahs when they walked into my fresh and airy new sanctuary. Everyone’s home should feel like a sanctuary, right? That’s what Michelle gives you. Over the years we’ve used different styles of design on different homes and I’ve always been very happy with the results. Michelle can do it all, and do it beautifully in a timely manner. Her standards of quality are very high, so if the job isn’t to her satisfaction or yours, it will be corrected immediately. I really can’t say enough about how happy I have been working with Changes and Michelle over the years. I’m grateful to have learned a lot in the process and I feel truly fortunate to have found someone who takes tremendous pride in their work.
As for Changes Interior Design’s retail store, it always looks so beautiful, yet fun, like you’re walking into a wonderland. It’s never the same place twice. You’ll find everything from lovely little curiosities to clothing and jewelry to elegant pieces of furniture. I never see these items anywhere else and I cannot recall a time when I left that store empty handed. My favorite time to visit the store is Christmas time. Yes, it’s easy to find something unique for everyone on your shopping list; however, the real reason I go is to see her gorgeously decorated Christmas trees. I’ve never seen more beautiful trees, anywhere.

The designer really pays attention to detail, hears your feedback and has no problem presenting options. Michelle has great taste.

They also have a nice retail store that I get gifts for the ladies in my family all the time. Very tasteful classy stuff that I haven't seen anywhere else.
