Christmas Lights Factory team installed lights on my cabin in La Pine. The install looks great and the communication overall was positive and responsive. However, I had originally contacted Christmas Lights Factory because they had a 25% off ad in the Bend Source magazine. Nothing was ever communicated to me directly that the 25% off was only for returning customers who were re-installing their annual lights. In the estimate that I received for my permanent light installation, there was a line that showed what I was eventually charged, which was full price installation. However, the bottom line showed a discounted total at 25% off, with a description beside it that the discounted price was only for returning customers. I missed that detail, and as a result moved forward with the light installation under the impression that I was going to pay the bottom line, discounted amount for the installation. Usually, the bottom line bold amount on an invoice is what you pay. John on the installation team did a good job communicating with me to schedule around guests that were staying. However, when the installation was done, I did not receive any photos of the work, and John knew that the property was an Airbnb, and I did not live on site. I was only able to see photos of the completed light installation by asking my property manager to take and send photos. In addition, when I expressed my concern and disappointment about the final price on my invoice, which was a surprise to me, Brennan, the CEO, did not express any apology for the misunderstanding, and he was quick to point out the details of the invoice that I had missed, even including a photo of it in his e-mail to me. Overall, I was pleased with the end result installation, but it would have been a much better experience if the total amount had been clearly communicated to me, not in a confusing invoice format.

So nice to have the Christmas lights installed quickly and efficiently! And, keeps my husband off the ladder.
We had a string of lights burn out, I contacted CLF and they sent an elf out the next day and had the string replaced in about 5 minutes!
This is our first year using this company and we will use them in the future.

We are grateful for the perfect job done on lighting our house and two trees. They took their time and did exactly what we wanted. The wiring, turn on/shut off is done expertly. We really don't have to do a thing except enjoy the lighting from dusk to late at night! Thank-you!

The whole team, from the Sales Elk to the Design team, was responsive from beginning to end. They really try to work with you as far your needs and budget. Jason and team were awesome! I highly recommend them and can’t wait for my holiday lights to shine this season. Definitely will use their services again next year and years to come.

The Christmas Lights Factory was exceptional! Christmas light installation is NOT inexpensive! But I felt their prices were reasonable from what other companies had quoted. And from what I've heard, they give discounts for return customers or if you have light installation done early before their busy season. Their communication through the entire process was top notch! Everything went smoothly and the team they sent out was so professional and did an amazing job! We could not be happier with our lights this year! We will use this company exclusively moving forward.

This was a big surprise for me! For I was nominated for the pink lights of hope from the Christmas lights factory,. The two gentlemen that came and installed them were very professional, and so very kind.
This really touched my heart for there are so many people out there battling the big C cancer and for this company to do something so special really touched my heart💗💗

They installed these lights as part of their Pink Lights Campaign for breast cancer awareness. It was fascinating to watch them create strings of lights specifically taylored to my home. They were friendly, professional, and worked non-stop.
