I gave them 1 star only because I could not post without a star rating. Horrible customer service. I asked them if they would be open on Monday Memorial Day and she assured me that they were open. I placed my order a week a head of time for customer pick-up. I was called the Friday before and told that they had decided to close on Memorial Day and that I would need to pick up my order before then. My landscapers were not available to pick-up my order on another day (Friday or Saturday), I asked if they would deliver and she said "for a charge!" Leaving me with landscapers at the ready to pick up soil and work on Monday with no product. Very poor business practice and even worse customer service. She even said that I was an insignificant to the volume of business that they get from other customers. She also became indignant and hung up on me. I don't care if I spend $200 or $2,000 dollars I am a paying customer and you can't do business like this. I will be taking my business somewhere else even if I am paying more, only to be treated more respectfully.

The receptionist was VERY Rude I call asking for a delivery of the material that was paid yesterday and she said that I did not pay the delivery because this is what I said when they took the order and I complain with her because I did not say that I don't want the delivery and I was assuming that I paid everything, and she hang on leaving me talking and this is very rude to do a client. I have to cancel the order and look other place I am not going to deal with this kind of persons.

Great family owned landscape supply store , been using them for many many years . We run a small landscape company and they're a great go to place for all the materials you'll need . Friendly and squared away !

The location is convenient but the directions can be a little confusing. If you've ever been there you know what I mean. If you're heading to Ciardella travelling on San Anotonio make sure you stick to the right otherwise you will miss the turn and have to keep driving until you can make a U-turn and head back.

Went in to look at samples and ask for delivery excellent customer service. Set up delivery by phone product delivered within 2 days. Highly recommend.
