Having looked at countless pendants and obsessing over finding the perfect one, I’m so happy having made the decision to buy the Le Klint Lamella 1 pendant for our corner kitchen dining nook. It’s a beautiful design, timeless and elegant. Its quality and craftsmanship are inescapable from the moment you open the packaging … to the day you first hang it up … to the first time you enjoy its warm glow. It’s one of those pieces that makes you feel good every time you see it. This was my first purchase from City Lights SF. Checkout was easy with Apple Pay and the pendant was delivered on-time and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier.

I first bought some lights from City Lights SF over 20 years ago. I returned this year for upgrading multiple fixtures. This is a wonderful business with a wide range of quality product selections. The customer service was top notch. Special thanks to Henry, who was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He has a keen eye for what might work best for specific locations. He walked me through each fixture, pointing out important technical aspects to consider. I’m so glad I went with many of Henry’s suggestions. The new fixtures look absolutely beautiful! I’ve also worked with Rick and Christy for upgrading LED strip light and switches. They were very professional and helpful as well. The front desk staff and warehouse staff were friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process smooth. The store’s website is a great resource. It’s easy to navigate and the pictures match the actual items very well. They also have free parking! All in all, I am very satisfied with City Lights SF and would highly recommend them. I will definitely go back for future lighting needs.

Henry Curiel is our go-to City Lights San Francisco specialist that we rely on for consulting on our architectural/interior design lighting. Our current remodel project is quite complex, especially the lighting design which includes numerous low voltage LED strip fixtures connected to remote 24V power supply transformers and high voltage wall light switches. Henry has been integral in the process of advising us for the high and low voltage lighting fixture, switches and equipment selections, order processing, and timely deliveries.

Wonderful team here at City Lights as Tina and her crew are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Regardless of the volume we throw at them or the unpredictable hiccups inevitable in building and design, they execute time and time again. Their ship dates are completely made up. They waited weeks to tell me my shipment would be 4 weeks later than published in their site. Their horrible CS department and leadership offered to cancel the order ad the only recourse.

If you are on a construction schedule, dance yourself the headache and just order from the manufacturer... or a reputable site.
Buyer beware.

I bought 2 light fixtures here years ago. Both with Elements Swarovski crystals. I ❤ my chandeliers. My sales lady was helpful & patient as it took me months to make my decision, & my electrician, the sales lady, & I had many discussions about the vaulted ceiling in my dining room & how to hang the new dining room chandelier. Both chandeliers can be seen from the street below, & many passersby look up at my dining room ✨️ chandelier, since the multifaceted Elements 🔮 Swarovski crystals are like gorgeous sparkling diamonds 💎 in the sky. People walking by my front entry Elements Swarovski crystal 🔮 chandelier lit up at night enjoy seeing the glowing sparkles, & during the day when sunlight 🌞 shines through the chandeliers, they really look like diamonds 💎, & the walls & ceilings are filled with dots of reflected lights.
