Matthew did a fabulous job in my home. the carpet was soiled from 3 pets, He showed me places where the carpet was so soiled under the intake vent that I was surprised I could even breathe clearly at all … I had no idea the carpet and wall was like that. He paid such great attention to detail in my home. It is an amazing space now, I actually want to spend time in my bedroom. I am loving it. He also cleaned my couch which is now like new. What difference this has made for me. I barely wanted to come in here to sleep. He also went above and beyond by showing me how to use my hot water heater with a hose! My plants will thank him!!

Matt with Chem-Dry was great. On time, nice and easy to talk to. Went over my options with clear pricing when he first got here, checked over what he needed to clean and got started. I have a large area rug and ottoman that my little old chihuahua likes to pee on. You can only spot clean so much until you need to call in the professionals. I got the cleaning with deodorizer, which he did say couldn't guarantee removing the pee smell, but he also said that my issue wasn't that bad and wasn't the worst he has seen. So I felt confident going with that, and am totally satisfied. Next time, I'll save up for the PERT treatment just because it's a nice rug and I want to keep it nice. Matt got here at 7am and was gone by 830am. I would definitely recommend City Wide Chem-Dry for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

MY SOUL IS SINGING SO HAPPY! Literally had dog throw up stains from when my dog ate my Thai food aah. And let it out in the room. I was scared wasn’t going to come out weird streaks from when my old room mate lived with me and my dog would pee on the carpet sometimes left yellow marks!!!! COMPLETELY CAME OUT! I googled them and saw they had the best reviews I see why now!!!! I need carpet cleaning again these people are all I will think of when someone needs it done for them!!!!! thank you so much!
