Rudest customer service I have ever encountered in retail. Stopped in for some design ideas for our new home. Specifically, we want a couch in a brand that you cannot buy online. However, we told the man there that we found the couch online on the manufacturer website. He was rude and told us he would not waste his time showing us fabrics if we were not going to buy from him. The Sherrill couch we wanted has to purchased from a dealer, NOT online. A real salesman would know this. HIS RUDENESS MADE MY VISIBILITY PREGNANT WIFE CRY. There was also a coffee table we liked in his showroom, but zero chance I would return. zero stars

have tried to visit 3 separate times 1-3 hours before the listed closing time on Saturday (6pm) and has been closed each time. Should really update their hours 👍🏻
