Purchased and set up delivery. Called to verify delivery and salesman said he didn't set it up. Got delivery rescheduled for the next day and had to reschedule our plans for the day. Was told delivery would be the flowing day after lunch but wasn’t til 3:30 so another day rescheduled and delivery man was extremely rude. Upon delivery I asked if I needed to sign and was told no you need to pay me. I was never told there was a delivery fee of $125. I would’ve picked it up myself. I was planning to furnish my entire home but after the poor professionalism, I think I will go elsewhere. I was also told by Ron to just send it all all back and come pick it up myself if I didn’t want to pay for delivery. That didn’t set well with the delivery guy to say the least. I paid but it was Very very discouraging…. I feel like Cleo’s should’ve paid delivery cost beings it wasn’t discussed prior to.
