We have them for our HOA and the crew for doing the landscape need to be little more proactive. They refuse to clean piles of leaves. I know the owner Thomas and have to reach out to him for unfinished work and then the work is done.

Please do not use this business! I have asked them several times over the past two years to deploy electric rather than gas powered leaf blowers due to the noise and air pollution. Rather than initiate any type of change they get angry, exhibiting zero concern for the peace and quiet of the neighborhoods that they work in. Since there is such an easy solution to have the attitude of 'screw you' is beyond unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve worked with Coastal Evergreen the entire time I have been the associations board president (20+ years) and have never been disappointed.

Most of my interactions were with Thomas W. Who has been very responsive to my calls or emails.

Very confused on there there standard operating procedures.
They arrived in my neighborhood, sometimes twice a week sometimes only on fridays and early morning.. only to park once they arrive and sit in their work trucks for over 20 minutes before starting..
The leaf blowers are absolutely necessary which I understand but once they blow the debris they chop up and put it in your yards as duff or decoration..
Then only 2 hours later I see them sitting in the work truck AGAIN at the entrance of our complexes... like creepily. WHY COASTAL

Talk about lack of care to do your job correctly. All these guys do is blow leaves around back and forth to other locations. They don’t trim/shape bushes/trees… nothing…what’s the point of even showing up?There’s no way any work can be done in a complex of 15 homes and be done in less then 30minutes, I don’t understand how these guys stay in business. Stay far far away from this company.
