Excellent customer service!! They helped me decide what type of washing machine to get. They are super friendly. Super quick with checkout. Delivery went smoothly. I love that they continually give updates on delivery time. They have top of the line appliances and I'll definitely be shopping there again!!!

This is the fourth major appliance I have purchased from Coffman’s all over the phone. I’ve never been in the store and worked with 3 different sales people they were all knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t have been happier if I tested or touched them in the store. Super easy they also delivered and installed each one, probably over a two year period. All have been great purchases and great people to work with.

Our salesman, Dustin Cupples was very knowledgeable on the appliances and very kind. Absolutely zero pressure. He was awesome. We chose a Speed Queen washer. The delivery was the following day as scheduled. We received text messages to update us on delivery time and a call from the driver before their arrival. The two delivery men were very kind. Our entire experience was outstanding!

We bought a Lazy Boy recliner yesterday at Coffman’s. It was delivered today. We received several text messages letting us know when it would be here. That was so helpful! Reggie & his co-worker were so nice & polite! And it was quickly installed. We were very pleased with Coffman’s!

I bought several appliances and a recliner. I was treated with respect and was advised to wait just a few days and there would be a sale on the items I needed. Sure enough, the sale started and I saved a lot of money. I appreciate their willingness to advise me. I worked with Will and Kendra and could not ask forr better sales people. Coffman's is the best for all your needs.

Damon and his helper arrived before the scheduled time . I received a phone call Ana a message telling me they would be arriving earlier, which was great with me. They we very polite and knowledgeable. They removed the old stove and set up my new one in just a few minutes . Showed me how it works , plugged it in , turned the oven and burners on to make sure it worked fine . They unpacked the stove outside and cleaned up all the packing material and took with them. Very pleased with them and my new stove . Will definitely buy from Coleman’s again. Thank you

We purchased new living room furniture. Ashley Chandler was so helpful and patient during the selection making. The guys that made the deliveries were very nice and professional. We were made aware of the dates and times of deliveries. We will definitely go to Coffman's again.
