The sales team is knowledgeable and attentive, the logistics team is courteous and thorough, and the delivery team is prompt, friendly, and careful. I wish I could say the same as the previous customer, Gary Thompson.
My salesperson, April, was very nice and knowledgeable, however, the $15,000 sofa we received feels absolutely nothing like the showroom samples. It is beyond uncomfortably hard and anyone who visits will agree. I thought Cole’s would stand by their product but only offered to have some of the down removed by a local upholsterer,which I agreed to try but it came back looking (ouch) like this:
