We had a wonderful experience at Contemporary Furniture. Emily was kind and knowledgeable. She called next day to make sure I was happy.
You can’t ask for more or better service.
Even the delivery crew was respectful, nice & moved old pieces out. They placed new furniture where I wanted. Then asked if I wanted to try any other places. I definitely recommend this business.

Lily was super helpful, she helped us find the right couch and managed to deliver it the same day in about an hour of leaving the store! The delivery guy was also super professional and even took the plastic wrapping off before he left. Overall, amazing and professional service.

Janae was very helpful and kind. Her shop downtown San Jose had plenty of options that were right for us but one couch stood out as perfect. Janae's price was fair, and she arranged for delivery and set up with no effort on our part. The delivery team even helped rearrange a bit of our furniture toakr room for the new couch.

When I did notice a wobbly back foot on one of the middle pieces, they sent a new piece out and replaced it next day, again with no effort on my part.

Good spread of items on display however we have always ordered from the catalog. Very reasonable prices. They are shutting down by end of year as the owner wants to retire so good deals are going on until then. Check it out!

Tim, Janae and team have a good selection of mattresses at their store. They were professional and helpful from the get go. Upon choosing a mattress, they worked to arrive at the best price inclusive of taxes, delivery and old mattress removal. Delivery and haul away were effortless too. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. My wife and I needed a new couch for the house and stopped by multiple furniture stores. Contempo Furniture had the most welcoming store presence out of all those stores. It was spacious and had lots of natural light which made our experience a lot more pleasant. Lily was so friendly and helpful! She answered all of our questions and worked with us on both finding the right piece of furniture and for the right price. We have been here multiple times throughout the years and have always walked away with multiple purchases. 100% we’ll be back in the near future for other needs!
