Whomever the 2 gentlemen that I dealt with at customer pick up were very nice and extra helpful. I like that the one that helped load asked for direction on how to go about getting the very large and awkward Cal King on top of a jeep Cherokee, made it very simple, avoiding all issues that could have been. Went in on a sunday and the place was practically empty which was good. Was able to speak to sales associate who would not give me an exact quote for the product I wanted. He said he would contact me when he was going to place an order, never did. I called him after about 2 weeks, still to hear back from him.

I purchased furniture over $4,000.00 worth, living room, dinning room, 2 bedrooms, had the delivery guy bring my stuff to my storage, he didn't have enough space on his truck for all of my stuff, promised to deliver the rest the next day, had me sign a paper saying he made delivery & said he would be back next day, I never saw him again, called the store to ask for the rest of my stuff, he said because I signed the paper all my stuff was delivered, they kept my mattresses, 2 side table lamps, glass table top to my dinning room table, then offered to sale me the rest of my stuff at a discounted price, I refused to give them more money, so they kept my stuff.
