Excellent experience shopping here! Trey did an awesome job of giving me really honest information about quality vs price on various pieces and really went the extra mile to search through catalogues and source exactly the style of legs, fabric, and configuration of couches/chairs that we wanted to give me a full spectrum of options at varying price points and brands. He helped coordinate the delivery and offered really attentive customer service without being high pressure. The showroom is well-curated and had a really great mix of solid neutral/classic pieces with some whimsical and unique designs too.

We ordered the table and chairs from Sunday and they assured us that they would deliver it to us on Tuesday or no later than Wednesday, so we paid for it. But as of Friday there was still no delivery while we finished the payment, when we called them they said they would deliver today, however we still didn't receive it.

We paid and received your guarantee of delivery on time but you did not do as you said and did not have any notice.

Decent selection, but cost plus makes me assume that furniture here will be priced lower than other furniture stores in the area. The prices I observed were comparable to the nicer stores around. Only the atmosphere seemed cheaper.

Got a great chair at a great price; however, there was some miscommunication over the delivery. We had to call to see if the chair made it to HS from LR warehouse, then ask why it hadn’t been delivered. The salesman that sold it wasn’t there the day I called to question delivery. And the salesman that answered the call wasn’t there when we came in and bought the chair. However, we finally received the chair the following day, they just failed to tell the delivery men that we also needed the broken chair hauled off! Thankfully, they were very understanding about all the miscommunication.

I ordered two chairs in October. They arrived in November but one was the wrong color. The store indicated they would reorder to fix the problem. After much frustration and corresponding with the ordering department multiple times, I contacted the store again. Waite Lindsey, our original sales consultant, took ownership of the problem. He even drove to the Little Rock store to pick up our new chair (in February - four months after the initial order). Waite is truly focused on customer service and delivering what the customer ordered and Cost Plus Furniture should be aware that he is an outstanding employee. One star for the ordering department but five stars for Waite!

We found a Flex Steel recliner we really liked. On August
31,2023 we ordered it in a different fabric. We were told there would not be a problem on the fabric we wanted . After 5 weeks I called to check on it. I was told the manager and sales guy knew the we could not get it in the fabric we ordered the first week of September

. No phone call from either of them. It took me calling them after 5 weeks checking on it to find out nothing had been done. I asked for a refund. I guess they can afford to lose money. We did not order a cheap recliner. We probably won't be back. Bad business policies.
