Coy & Co did a fabulous job of staging my house. They spec'd the remodel of two 1956 bathrooms and quite a few light fixtures, in addition to painting the entire interior of the house, prior to the actual furniture placement. The items they spec'd were stylish, fun and reasonably priced. They unified the entire house with a very sophisticated paint palette, not just white. The buyers commented on how much they liked "my" paint colors. They weren't my colors, but Coy's. Everything that they did made the rooms look larger, more spacious and serene. They highlighted the relationship between the outdoors and indoors. I really loved how my house looked, as did my family and friends. Through it all, Reginald and Coy & Co could not have been easier to work with; they are good people. The billing, planning, timeline, everything was transparent and straightforward. I am so very glad that I chose Coy to stage my house; I recommend them highly. I would not ever try to market a house without their expert help. They know what they are doing.

I really wanted to enjoy Coy & Co but unfortunately their lack of respect and professionalism prevented that. After promising us for months that they could take on our project in Jan and even having us sign agreements and a scope of work, they informed us that they would not be able to start for at least 2 years.
I am pleased that I discovered how untrustworthy they are before actually working with them. If only I had learne that right away and not wasted 6 months thinking they were professionals and would honor their promises.
