We worked with Elias and his team on the architectural plan for a full 2 unit renovation, as well as the interior design for 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Elias and his team were creative, meticulous, and open to feedback the whole way.

Given some unique layout challenges, Elias was able to craft a design that made the best of our available space. He even went above and beyond to liaise with my contractor, as well as city permitting office to work through some unforeseen challenges. Elias and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with!
