O Boy... BUYER BEWARE!!! If you do hire these cowboys, expect nothing but the worst. No need for me to lie about the work they did, I have pictures of the faulty work and what little invoicing and receipts they did not leave me with and more than willing to show you anything. They came in with no plan and started digging only to have made a big mess, way out of budget, and the father is a kook, left holes in my foundation, leaky pipes, and a really bad re-sodding. They did a bait and switch on me with fill dirt. It had large rocks and huge chunks of glass. No weed killer used as promised and no meme soil used what-so-ever. They are landscapers trying to run pipe only to have it pulled out by a 'professional' plumber they had to hire because they could not run the pipe to code. That little bump cost another $3500. I had to pay the plumber separately and its a good thing I kept the receipt or they would have stuck me with that as well. They will tell you that you don't know what you want, and never sit with you to get the information or the plans. They are very deceptive with their billing practice as well. I never received any 'paid' invoices and in the end had to try to get my money back from the credit card company. I never did because of erroneous and deceptive billing practices on Creative Innovations end. The owner, Mike Rodriguez, would never use a calculator and his figures were always erroneous. I would love to show and share exactly what they did to this homeowner. Charged me over $6,000 and in the end have nothing to show for it except another make-over or re-do. Out of budget my $3,000 as well. These guys are a fly-by-night with no conscience... DON'T USE THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Trust me after almost a year of dealing with these clowns spending almost $10,000 and nothing to show for it except a lot of heartache. If I could stop one homeowner's misery of what I have just been through with Creative Innovations, Mike Rodriguez, his son Mike Jr. and the pre-programmed robotic office girl, this is all worth it.
