Custom House Furniture is a family owned business that treats its customers like family. They are personable and knowledgeable about the large selection of both furniture styles and window treatments they sell. I made an appointment for them to come to my house, bring samples of choices for my windows, and measure them.They came again with their designer to measure 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a livingroom to suggest how to furnish them. They emailed me an estimate within hours of their visit and could not have made my decisions any easier. I highly recommend Custom House Furniture for all of your home furnishings. Michael was great and a joy to work with on getting a replacement remote for a discontinued FlexSteel power recliner for my mom. After looking through various websites and trying supposed "universal" remotes with the chair, Michael and Custom House Furniture came across my searches. Despite me being in Illinois and their business being located in California, Michael provided the most prompt and courteous service in helping me get in contact with FlexSteel and ordering one of their remaining remotes.

I likely won't be in the California area much, if ever, but if I am and I'm the market for any furniture I know I'll stop here first.
