Peter helped us envision and design our dream home in the hills of Los Osos, CA starting in early 2021. He was very pro-active in making sure we had a good team that wouldn't take advantage of us. He helped us under lots of stressful situations while we submitted our permit applications. We are currently in a state of limbo until the County works things out with the Coastal Commission in relation to local development, but we are excited to continue our relationship with Peter until we have our dream home built. Peter helped us develop the plans for a beautiful remodel. He worked with us without the ego that many architects bring. (We’ve worked with a lot of architects on many projects) He has designed some amazing very creative new homes… but didn’t mind developing the plan set and working with us on a remodel of our vintage mid century. He worked from our original conceptual drawings and with our materials sources, to bring our restoration/remodel design to fruition.

He has also worked as a city “plan’s examiner” in the past and as such understands just what to include to get a plan set through the process expediently.
