We bought a nice sectional from Davis furniture outlet and we love it. The quality and color are very good . The delivery took little bit longer than expect but they delivered the good item so worth for waiting . Just want to tell to owner that I think the customers don’t mind for waiting but just tell them the exactly the delivery time to make them feel safe and not disappointed about waiting to delivery. Great prices.

I Love This place .Great customer service great pricing.They really went above and beyond. I came from Los Angeles to Davis but did not want to deal with renting a truck or moving My Daughter things.So it was convenient to just buy her a new bed and night stand.Reed not only gave me a Deal he Delivered the next day on a sunday and assembled. I look forward to seeing you in the future and Reccomending all UC Davis Parents do this if they dont have time to rent a uhaul...after renting a truck gas and labor it's just easier to buy new furniture than moving it all the way across state.I hope this was help for UC Davis Parents. Omar is the best! We pulled up with a Uhaul and a hope that we’d walk away with a couch we saw on their Facebook. The entire experience was smooth, seamless and easy (literally out in 20 minutes). The couch was easy to put together and so far so good! Best deals around and we’re happy to come back for more furnishings.

I support local businesses, and we were happy to buy from them to replace our old couch. Sadly, the quality of this couch really hasn't held up. For $1200, we expected a bit more.

The couch started sagging really badly about year after we got it. I opened up the bottom cover and discovered that the frame is not held together with quality joinery, basically just big staples that had come undone. The main support under the seat was almost detached.

After reattaching it, it turns out the fabric it was holding up had frayed against the frame. Our 2 year old couch sags so badly it hurts to sleep on and getting up feels like escaping from a trap, and it feels like this would have been solved by a few good screws from the start.

I wouldn't recommend going here! Super high pressure sales rep Omar told us that if we didn't purchase it the day we went he would not honor the price quoted to us. We needed the couches as soon as possible and we decided to go with him because we were able to customize our sectional and mainly because he said they had them in stock and it would only take 7-10 business days at the latest to receive our couches.
We paid extra for delivery and set up and followed up with him every week just to get updates as they didn't communicate with us.
After 2 week's of follow ups he told us that he had the couches but one of the additional parts We ordered for our sectional said was now on back order And wouldn't arrive until the end of March. At this point we asked him to bring what he had received and we would wait on the other part. He then switched up the story and said they were not in stock and offered to pick up the sectional that he had in the show room.
(Which wasn't what we wanted, not the color we requested)
He then offered a 5x7 rug for the inconvenience.
He knew we were in a time crunch and offered us a refund.

When we got to the location it was still closed We were told to arrive at 11am for our refund, it was 11:20 and still no one was at the store. When we called he said he was 15 minutes away due to traffic.
We noticed there was another couple there with a truck load of furniture and they started conversation with us and told us that they were also there for a refund and what they received was not what they ordered, the customer said they received damage furniture.
I would recommend you really do your Research and that you shop around before coming here.

if you are looking for furnitures, this is one of the best stores I knew recently they have good financing methods, and the staff there are friendly.

Seriously, please be careful with the shady business practices of this place. I really wanted to believe that the negative reviews here were one and off, but no.

We purchased a $1200 couch two weeks ago and were told it'd take UP TO two weeks to deliver and they'd get in touch with us a few days prior to arrange a delivery time. Since no one had contacted us, on Tuesday (4 days prior to the max delivery day), we called and they said Ashley Furniture still hadn't updated them on delivery to their store. Today is the expected delivery day, we hadn't heard from them so we called. They tell us there is a delay until APRIL to get our couch. We are not waiting almost two months for a couch so we tell them we want to cancel our order and they say that will be a 25% restocking fee for something that is THEIR fault. Beware of this place. Super shady. Will be attempting to go to small claims court.

Do not attempt to purchase furniture from this location. Overall very shady. Firstly, their prices are "negotiable". They'll actually haggle with you in an attempt to sell. Secondly, they will literally attempt to rob you if they reneg on the delivery date. I purchased a couch for $1300 from them and was given a two week delivery date. After a week and a half with no call regarding if the couch had left the warehouse I attempted to contact them. No response. Two weeks goes by and after I reach out to them a second time, they inform me of a 2 MONTH delivery date and a 25% fee if I want to cancel the order. Currently pursuing legal action.
