We contacted Deco for assistance in obtaining replacement lens covers for some older LED fixtures at our gym. My dealing recently with Deco was great. I am an electrical contractor and was called out to repair some LED wall packs on a building. Several of them were not working. I opened them up got Deco's name and number off the driver, called them spoke with Mike Bailey in tech support tested the fixtures as per his instructions. Called him back with a list of the defective parts he told me they have a 10 year warranty and I could come pick up the new parts the next day. I found them easy to deal with and very forth coming.

Non responsive Company to any Quality Issues. Deco Lighting provided Lighting 8 months ago that is defective. They have been non responsive on fixing.
