Walked in today and told him what I wanted and was completely ignored. The beds had prices listed for sets and mattresses but when I asked him for a price for a full frame and mattress it was completely different from the listed price. He wasn't willing to work with me and said if I wanted something cheaper to just go on Amazon.

I purchased the sofa and dining table here on. September 18th 2023 by two different cards in the amount of 1,858$. We were very happy with our purchase until the issue happened. Our bank got charged again for the same amount on October 6th 2023. I right away alerted the store this problem on the same day of the second charge, and they said they will try to solve this as soon as they could. I gave them a week and then called back, but no answer. Another week came by, I headed to the store and met the accountant lady there. She stated that she got all of the paper for our case and she will give it the the manager- Roman so he could solve it since she did not have the authorization for processing this issue. She also stated that he did not answer her phone neither call her back so I will need to wait for him. I got my patience and wait then nothing happen. I called my bank so if they could dispute that transaction, they was investigated and denied our claim. Because bank took 10-15 days to made that decision, so on Wednesday November 15th I tried to get in store so that I can seek Roman- the manager. Yet, he was there. After explained the situation and asked him to reversed that double charge, he stated that he did not have the power to do so, but what he could do is made the copy of all my receipts and give it back to the accountant lady- which already done by the first time I reported this issue for the store. I also asked Roman to call their bank so we can talk to the representative, he denied to do so because he said they only emails the bank, never call! He promised me that he will give all of the information to the accountant and they will contact me on Monday morning November 20th 2023. Haven’t heard anything today- November 20th. I am really upset about how they solving the problem, like just let time flies and you wont get your money back. This was happening from October 6th until now November 20th. I really regretted the business I had with them. Never ever I will recommend to any of my friends in the desert!

Bought reclining couch and loveseat and was charged twice for my purchase. I tried to have the duplicate charge reversed and they do not answer phone or text. I did manage to get one reply via text and they wanted my bank statement to prove the duplicate charge which I did however they still have not fixed the duplicate billing.

Great service! Ordered full bedroom set on Wednesday and had them set up by Friday! They were fast and quick and cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend to support local valley businesses who care about their customers!

Not good prices and they either didn't have someone that spoke English or they didn't send the person that speaks English to assist with the only people speaking english in the store.
