Excellent concept and you can definitely save money but the overall experience is quite “clunky.” It takes about a week to receive a requested quote to see how much you’ll save, another week to get your specific order quote, a week for it to get ordered, etc. Oftentimes you won’t receive a reply to an inquiry and need to follow up. All communication is done through a “chat” and every time you make a new chat it creates a new email thread and gets a little cumbersome. We had a snafoo where we wanted to return an order placed through Design Broker but were unable to do so in the required timeline because Design Broker was not responsive in the 7 days allowed for returns. The orders are placed under Design Broker’s business account and email so you don’t have access to shipping info or return info directly. Great concept and we have saved some money but definitely not the best option if you’re on a timeline or aren’t 100% sure you want to keep your orders.

Design broker has been amazing! For a small monthly fee, I’ve literally saved thousands on furniture purchases including from west elm and pottery barn! I was also able to save several hundred on a toto bidet seat. I tell all of my friends and family members about it. Sign up and you won’t regret it. The staff, including Myca, are lovely and quick to respond.
