I am a general contractor, and Lisa is my go-to designer. She brings a high end level of design to all of our projects, and is extremely detail oriented. She spends time meeting with clients, bringing physical samples of materials, and creating visual boards for clients to see what their project design will be. Not only does she communicate with clients excellently, she also aids in building online carts for the clients to easily purchase the selected finish materials. Disappointing in too many ways. Many times in dealing with
Lisa Michelle Schneider, regarding her work, I've thought "is this
a joke"?

Five weeks ago I did pay Lisa Michelle Schneider the 15 hours
of advance pay she asked for while representing herself as an
interior designer wanting to do work. I knew almost immediately
that something was wrong and called my bank, only to find she
had already cashed my check.

My suspicions about Lisa were correct. The day she took my check was the last day she called me. This is a nightmare.
Since taking my check Lisa has not initiated, not once, any
contact with me. She has only answered my few basic texts
after me waiting 24 to 48 hours for her to reply, and me having
to send the same text multiple time to prod her along. I waited
5 days for her to reply to my basic text "can we meet"?

It's been exhausting for me to push on Lisa to do work that
I've already paid for, only to see her very sub-standard work
results. She lied to me and exaggerated her work experience.
Lisa's ideas are that of a complete amateur. I cannot use
anything she suggested. I realize Lisa does not have an "eye" or
the skill set to do design work.

At week 4 of this nonsense with Lisa Michelle Schneider, I
decided to cut my losses and hired an Interior Designer, and
I'm happily moving forward with an "actual" Interior Designer.

This experience with Lisa has been an "eye opener" for me, a
complete waste of my money, and much more importantly, a
waste of my time.
