We LOVE Dewey’s, and couldn’t recommend them more!! They’re our go to whenever we need a new appliance! Just about every appliance in our home is from Dewey’s, after 20 yrs of living in SC. They have excellent customer service. They’re knowledgeable about their products, professional, helpful, kind and efficient. Appliances is not my favorite thing to shop for — but Dewey’s always makes the process as seamless and easy as can be. After going to the big box stores we went to Dewey’s to shop for 3 appliances. That was the only place where we got in depth information from Oscar regarding the pros & cons of each appliance we were considering. Purchasing was fast and easy and we asked them to put a rush on it so we could use them for a dinner party. They arrived 4 days earlier than expected and the installers removed our old appliances and installed the new ones quickly and professionally.
We’re lucky to have locally owned businesses like Dewey’s survive amongst the big box stores competition. We will continue purchasing our appliances from Dewey’s and we hope you do too.

I dealt with Scott and he was very knowledgeable In every aspect when it came to the appliances, I need it. They have a great selection and are very reasonably priced. I was able to purchase and pick up my products in the same day. They even helped me load it. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I stopped by Dewey’s with a Cox Cable problem and found they had some awesome appliances on sale. Their sales rep, Scott, helped me confirm that the over-the-range microwave I liked would be a good replacement for my current broken microwave. In 15 minutes we completed the sale and arranged for delivery and installation 2 business days later.
Victor installed it today, he was extremely competent at his job, and even though we hadn’t discussed my cabinet depth in advance (I have 16”, not the standard 12”) he took the necessary steps to make sure it installed perfectly! It looks great and I’m thrilled. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased my kitchen appliances from Dewey’s in 2015. My microwave stopped working this week and Dewey’s found the replacement model that met my existing specs and had it delivered and installed the very next day. Sales person was knowledgeable, thorough and quick. Our dishwasher had died and in less than 30 min at Dewey’s, I had a new one scheduled for arrive within 3 days. Very happy customer and always happy to support our local businesses.

Knowledgeable friendly sales people who were NOT pushy about selling us a dishwasher. Answered my questions clearly. Price was within parameters for the same dishwasher at other stores. Set a delivery date, with a 2-hour window (not all morning or all afternoon). And delivery was in that window. Remember to ask if there are any factory rebates. They checked, but there weren’t any. Couldn’t ask for anything more. They had a better selection than other store we went to. I’ll use them again.
