I also love to support my local small business but Duprees will not be one of them. I ordered a couch and loveseat set. It took approx 10 weeks to get the set. Once recvd the love seat was damaged and now I have waited another 6 weeks for Duprees to tell me that it is still in production. Fair or Foul? My first experience and definitely my LAST!!!!!!. The customer service is lousy. Worst experience ever. I am so ready for a refund. What furniture place do you know takes 16 weeks to get a set of furniture.

Dupree's always have great options, best prices, customer sevice, and delivers when they say they will. I have purchased many sets from Serena and Pops (Bill) so it feels like a family deal everytime.

I didn't feel welcomed when I entered.The Furniture is overpriced and outdated particle board - no real or solid wood pieces. I prefer to shop small local, businesses but in this case, I'll just go to IKEA.

I bought a living room set and a dining set the living room set broke on the side of the arm within 60 days I called and asked if they have anyone that could repair the sofa and they said the guy had passed away. The living room set the leather on the chairs are just ripping holes in them. You can see them coming apart. I will never buy anything again.
