The owner, Ramiro Contreras, was very responsive to my numerous requests for samples, assuring me that it was quite appropriate to keep looking until I found exactly what I wanted. Once I had selected the fabric, Ramiro, given his expertise, then guided me step-by-step through the process of finalizing the project, from the selection of hardware to the installation. His skill in design and artistry also helped guide me through several of the decision-making processes. And for that I am enormously grateful because I have the drapes that I envisioned. On the day of the installation, Ramiro and Andres arrived on time, were congenially respectful of my home (I requested shoe covers to be worn), and thoroughly cleaned up after the installation. Not from the moment when I first walked into El Arte Upholstery & Drapery Design to the final installation of my beautiful draperies did I have any reservations. I definitely made the right choice with this design company. Ramiro definitely knows his business and can be trusted to advise in whatever the design one wishes to achieve.
