Chris, the owner went out of his way to make sure all lights installed were perfect for my New Year's Eve this past year. It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of working with someone who truly stands by the motto "customer knows best".

I hired Elegant Outdoor Lights to install chandeliers to a 100 ft tall tree in my backyard and a smaller tree next to my driveway, as well as small "winkle" lights to the entire hedge, and several olive trees throughout my backyard and front yard. They completed the job twice only to discover that the lights given to them by the manufacturers were again, not the color I requested. His team came out a third time and did it again until the color I wanted was installed. There was no arguing on his part. He just wanted his customer to be happy with the outcome. And I am. The lights held up well during our recent wind storms, a testament, I think, to their quality work.

Chris and his team are trust worthy, timely, and cost effective. They went out of their way to ensure I got exactly what I asked for. With his suggestions, the lights and my outdoor space look exactly the way I hoped they would. I will definitely hire them again.

Last weekend we called Chris the owner of Elegant lights and told him we needed to have our entire backyard lit up. A canopy of lights in our backyard, our carport completely lit up, four large palm trees and two small palms. He came over within 2 hours. Sourced all the materials and had a quote by that night. And four days later transformed our backyard into a starlit oasis. Before going with him, I checked his quote with my Interior Designer who assured me his prices were very competitive. We are having a party in two weeks so we needed it done right away. He and his crew were phenomenal! Would recommend him in a heartbeat! Service and quality like that are very hard to find!

I’m so glad I hired Chris for our string lights project. My space had several challenges that Chris and his team addressed flawlessly. The patio cover is made from aluminum, so excessive drilling was a problem, as was heavy objects exerting shear forces. In addition the patio cover is wrapped around a balcony. As much as I would’ve liked to, this was not a project I could DIY with lights from Costco.

From the initial FaceTime, to the first site visit, I knew that Chris was not only knowledgeable but just as importantly, he was invested in the overall success of my project. He made helpful suggestions as we figured out a plan, while never saying anything was impossible. When there was a delay that was out of his control, he exhibited great customer service in resolving the situation.

Our project involved trenching 6 feet to bury a 21 foot pole in concrete, and attaching three lines to the patio cover, where we also added lights. The patio cover and backyard extension are zoned separately, allowing us to control one or both. Everything works perfectly and these lights have had an outsized impact on our backyard. I hope you won’t hesitate in giving Chris a shot.

I rarely hire someone who either hasn’t been referred to me or doesn’t have any reviews. I stumbled upon Elegant outdoor Lighting by googling String Lights. I was having an event for my birthday and really wanted a permanent installation of String Lights in my backyard. I briefly spoke with Chris and he said he would come out to my home and take a look and see what he could do for me.

There was something about his personality and professionalism that allowed me to trust that he would do the job right for me. We talked about the different options I had for arranging the string lights and in the end when I came up with my own idea, he had a can-do attitude and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. His price was very reasonable, and he was able to do it on short notice and completed the job in two days. My favorite part is that the lights are on an easy app and can be turned on and dimmed with the tap of a finger.

I took a chance on Elegant Outdoor Lights because of Chris and I’m so glad I did. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any lighting work done on their property.
