After having new, cream colored carpet installed just a month ago - we had the unfortunate incident of pizza falling off a plate and land upside down. We tried cleaning the spot on our own, but were left with an orange stain. I contacted Enviro Care and they came right over, even though it was just a spot clean. Wade was able to get the stain out completely and even suggested a product to try for these emergency type situations. We felt he was reliable, knowledgeable and honest. We will definitely use Enviro Care services again.

I called EnviroCare in early August and was able to get scheduled for a carpet cleaning the following week. Envirocare cleaned 4 rooms, a stairway and a couch for us. Wade, the EnviroCare owner and technician and that came to our house was polite and friendly. He was running a few minutes behind schedule but made sure to call and update me on the short delay. I really appreciated that so that I wasn't left wondering. The cleaning was very effective at refreshing our carpets and undoing some the kid induced spills on our couch. EnviroCare's pricing is competitive with my former carpet cleaning service. The total charges were estimated after he measured our rooms and before work had started. All together, I found EnvroCare to be polite, professional and competitive. I plan on using them from now on for my carpet and furniture cleaning needs.
