There are many companies out there that are happy to get the sale, but there are few that are willing to provide exemplary service after the sale. I have first hand experience that you can rest assured when dealing with Erik's Furniture. For many years, I received outstanding service from Gary before his retirement. Now, working with Guy McClure, the legacy of service continues. In fact, Guy goes above and beyond to represent Erik's commitment to service. I have been a customer of Erik's Furniture and have been pleased. However, recently I was shocked by an experience I had there. In late April, I purchased Italian furniture there. In June, I wanted to add another night stand and noticed that it was priced $300 less than what I paid previously. This was not a sales price; it was now the regular price. I asked management if there was going to be a price adjustment and he responded no. He came up with a ridiculous claim that because the of the currency exchange he could get the furniture less now and sell it for less. Of course, my items were not now returnable. I was treated very badly and will never shop there again. They pretend to be a high-end store, but are really buying container goods with outrageous mark-ups. Avoid this store.

We were searching for modern sofa and after visiting almost every furniture store in the valley, we found exactly what we wanted at Erik's Furniture. This was our first experience buying furniture at Erik's and we were very impressed with their customer service. The quality of their furniture is absolutely amazing. Based on our experience, Erik's Furniture will be our first choice as they stand by their product and offer impeccable customer service.

Apparently I wasn't dressed appropriately because after introducing myself and asking a question about a sofa he turned and dissappeared. Very nice higher end furnishings not easily found in other places. Just be prepared for a snub if you're not driving a Bentley.

I came in to buy some furniture and was greeted by Bill. He helped me pick out some furniture and it was delivered with in a few hours. One of delivery kids named Chris was very helpful!!
