I ordered 120 Crossback chairs (brown resin) for my son's wedding and future events on our property. My order took a bit long to process, but the staff was easy to communicate with and our chairs came in plenty of time. We love the chairs. They're comfortable and easy to lift, move, and stack!

This was my first order from EventStable and I will say I was disappointed with the table when it arrived. I ordered it for an upcoming wedding that will held this weekend. The table arrived Saturday with damage. I filled out the claim form early Monday morning and sent pics. Desiree got in contact with me later that day and I told her I needed that table by Friday for the wedding. She said she would put a rush on it for me! The table is out for delivery today, Thursday! I can’t wait to see the quality of the table! Thanks so much!

This company is terrible in every way. I bought 400 rose gold Chiavari chairs but BEFORE I placed the order I called to make sure they had enough of what I was ordering and they mentioned nothing to me. When I received my order, they came in 3 different shades of rose gold and from different manufacturers. I called them to notify them that my order was all messed up and I wanted to return them because I did not receive what I initially ordered. They were not willing to provide that for me because they said those chairs were “close out items”, and that I should have expected that something was going to be wrong with them. But their website had NO indication that close out items are to be expected to be damaged or come in different colors, etc. even when I called they didn’t mention that to me. After a long talk with “Brenda” a customer service agent, she offered to take the chairs back but they said they won’t return my shipping money and I basically lost a few thousand dollars because of THEIR mistake, not mine. I feel lied to and blindsided. And even the manager was not able to hold a conversation with me over the phone but instead resorted to hiding behind a screen and only sending me emails. If it were a smaller purchase maybe it could have been overlooked, but this was a very hefty purchase and they did not care for that at all. It was their job to make sure that I was receiving the EXACT order that I paid for. No matter how large the order. And if it’s their mistake, then they are to own up to it and refund people fully. And they did not do that Again HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!.

If there's anything you need to know, please know that their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Like wow. I can't thank the EventStable team enough. Just to share a little bit of my experience, I purchased some items from them around the Thanksgiving holiday and anticipated that they would come shortly before traveling for the holidays. The tricky part was I was traveling for almost a month, so I had no one to receive the items if they didn't come in time. The items were slated to come before I travelled but sadly did not make it to me on time. As a new business owner I was extremely anxious! Ms. Desiree on the EventStable team assured me that I everything would be fine and had the items shipped back to their warehouse to wait until I returned. I got in touch with Ms. Desiree as soon as I returned and she had my order sent to me immediately! I sincerely don't know that many companies that would go above and beyond like this for their customers. I am eternally grateful.They've earned a new loyal and patient customer. I'm placing my second order now! Much love to the EventStable team and Ms. Desiree especially.

Working with EventStable was a wonderful experience. They were quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. When time was running out, they were reassuring and straight forward. The delivery was fast and the service from delivery men to sales to customer support/service was top notch.
During our event guests noticed and commented on the quality of the tables and chairs and umbrellas. I think I even made a few customers out of my guests. Super happy.
