Expert plumbing staff Sara and Dylan were amazing. Sara called me this morning after I requested some work to be done in my home. She set me up with appointment for tomorrow but called me back to let me know they had availability for the today. I received text message updates along with a picture of Dylan so I would know who was coming. When Dylan arrived he was very kind and professional. He walked me through everything he was seeing would be necessary to complete the job. He called his boss to ask clarifying questions to ensure he was giving me a proper estimate. I would definitely recommend Expert Plumbing!

I am thankful that Expert Plumbing was able to take a look at my water heater first thing in the morning and assess the scale of my situation before it got worse. They were able to install a new water heater for us the same day, allowing my family to get back to normal quickly. Their customer service is top notch. Other than a small mark on the wall, our installer was highly professional . I would recommend this company and their services in Santa Cruz county.

Excellent customer service! Estimate provided and could install a new water heater same day. Technician was professional, installation went smmothly, hauled away old unit and left the area very clean. So nice to have hot water again! Highly recommend this company!

Expert plumbing did exceptional expert work! From the initial call, my urgent situation was assessed accurately and scheduled right away for the afternoon. Reuben showed up at the beginning of the time slot and got straight to work. He was able to identify the work needed, and he provided a very fair estimate right there on the spot using his digital device and I was able to see the work associated costs easily so I signed right then and there. He did a quick parts and tool gathering from his work van and fixed the issue. My pipes are admittedly old but presented no challenge to Reuben and he finished up and recommended future actions if my old pipes presented any new challenges. This was the best experience I've had with household repair services! I more than highly recommend Expert Plumbing when you have the need!

My shower was making a horrible sound. The hot water was barely coming out. Expert Plumbing sent two different plumbers. They took pictures and called their office. They said they could not get the part it needed, then they found the part . A plumber came and put the part in and told me it was repaired. It was not. My handy man looked at it, took out a small cracked cylinder, went to Home Depot, bought the part, annd installed it. The shower now works.Expert Plumbing never returned my call when I complained and they charged for every visit to my house. They had my credit card number.

There was a distinct dripping noise coming from my bathroom sink but it was bone dry under the sink. I was worried that I had a leak in my drain behind the wallboard. and having checked on line I knew this could easily run up to thousands of dollars. I was tempted to start cutting holes in the wall to try to find the leak but thought better of it so I called Expert Plumbing.. I knew they had a camera that could be put down the drain pipe. Dylan came over and explained that he would first diagnose the problem. I ran the water and he said that it looked like it could be a leak behind the wall. He cut two small holes and was able to determine it was not an external leak but a problem within the drain which he fixed. After each step he showed me what he did. and explained what he found.
He is very skilled and knowledgeable about his profession. It cost me a lot less than what I was expecting. He is a guy you can trust to do a great job for you.

Had a clogged drain, tried to fix it myself, no dice. Called one plumbing company and they were unavailable until Monday. I needed the issue resolved quickly so I called Expert plumbing. The person who answered the phone was polite and helpful. Put me on the schedule today, and expressed that if they had an opening they would try to do it same day. That didn't happen but I greatly appreciated that they were willing to try. Ruben V. Showed up today well within the time window given to me. I found him to be very polite and professional. I showed him what was going on. Explained that I had tried to DIY my way through it, he knew exactly what needed to be done. I noticed that his van was well organized and neat, he was very efficient and clean while working in my house. He was kind enough to explain some finer points of plumbing repair to me. He quoted me a price to fix my clogged drain and re install a garbage disposal I had taken out. He took the time to button up a few minor issues that he found as well. I thought the price was fair. I know this was a very simple job and probably very mundane, however I appreciated Ruben's approach and customer service. I will call them the next time I need plumbing services. I recommend them.
