Joseph Lynch, owner of Falcon Landscapes, and his team did an amazing job on my front and back yards. I wanted a simple and low maintenance design using turf and Travertine pavers. Joseph helped me turn my idea on paper into reality. From the initial consultation to the final clean up, Joseph was very responsive. I cannot say enough great things about Joseph Lynch and Falcon Landscapes. My wife an I are not strangers to home renovations and the construction world. Until this year we never found ourselves in a horrible position with a terrible contractor. We didn't do all of our due diligence with a 4,000 sf paver project and we paid dearly with the first contractor and the attorney that we needed to involve in order to secure the materials that the contractor ordered with our money on our behalf.

One morning in the middle of the whole mess my wife contacted Joseph at Falcon Landscapes and he was nice enough to talk to us on the phone for a long time. In detail he explained all of the necessary prep work steps that needed to be done in order to obtain a successful long term result. It was at this point we realized what type of a disaster we would have had if we kept our first contractor. Joseph kept in contact with us for two months before we even received our materials from the other contractor, and even before he knew that he would be able to complete the job.

And then 110 pallets of the pavers we ordered months earlier finally arrived. Joseph and his crew were ready. They brought in the right equipment, graded the job, prepped everything to ICPI specs and the pavers started going down. Every morning I would speak to his foreman, who was the nicest man. We would talk about the progress and make minor changes, and every day I came home from work I would marvel at the professionalism of the workmanship. Joseph was there everyday to inspect their work and would often bring the crew beverages and food.

And then the job was finished. And it was so perfect I didn't even want to drive a car on it.

Joseph and FALCON landscapes saved us from a horrible experience and gave us an amazing driveway that is the envy of the neighborhood. There are a lot of people in the landscape industry today who don't have any business doing paver projects. Please learn from our experience, save yourself the stress, headaches, uncertainty and choose Falcon Landscapes. Joseph is a good man who runs a good company. My only regret is that I wish we would have found him sooner.

It’s easy to vent or complain about experiences in forums like this. I used to loathe searching for reviews on apartments years ago, auto mechanics, or even restaurants today. They’re either authored by people with unwarranted axes to grind, or overwhelmingly effusive praise written by a family member.

As I’m in the customer service industry myself, I wanted to offer an unbiased, transparent review.

My wife and I purchased our North Phoenix home 2+ years ago. It came with a backyard equipped with a pool, which is what we desired. What we didn’t desire was all the shallow rocks yielding dirt, two large planters riddled with leaves, and an ugly tree dumping leaves on our neighbor’s yard. My wife and I agreed on having artificial turf with a golf putting green installed.

Through word of mouth, we found Falcon Landscapes and first priced them or had an estimate drawn up. I first noticed how quickly (very important to me) they responded to me whether it be via call or text. They gave me an installation date and time and stood by it. Ive got a decent sized backyard and they still completed the job within one day. The results are phenomenal!

While my wife shakes her head at her childish husband who likes to putt golf balls all day, she admits the finished product is spectacular. The green contrast against the boring beige colors of Arizona really pop! Falcon Landscapes also cleaned up at completion like they were never here! They repurposed rocks that they removed and I couldn’t be happier.

In this awful year that is 2020, I’m happy to let you all know that we finally have a “highlight,” and I highly recommend Falcon Landscapes. Thank you for reading!

We highly recommend Falcon Landscapes Pavers & Masonry. Joseph was very knowledgeable and communicative. He has a skilled team that knocked out 730 square feet in just a few hours. They had to make some special cuts around the post and it turned out great. Attached are before and after pictures.
