I had a phenomenal experience working with Jeanine and her team! She is a wealth of knowledge of design and her product and has absolutely gorgeous options in the store and the ability to order more from catalogs. I get a ton of compliments on my beautiful lighting and fans and will absolutely be using Fanwerks in the future for all my lighting needs and have referred a ton of friends! 10/10 recommend

Jeanine was a life saver when consulting us for our new construction build. She helped me understand the different light wattage and color, height and size of fixture for spacial concepts... helped me with fans and how low they should hang per ceiling height etc etc... we always get amazing comments on our light fixtures when we have company.

We lost all our furniture when our house was flooded from Hurricane Helene. Jeanine Gregg helped me replace several pieces!! We purchased a bedroom suite and a dining table and chairs from fanwerks. The quality is excellent and looks beautiful! I could not be happier with the purchases as well as the delivery and customer service!!

This store has an excellent selection of unique lighting. We were looking for pendant lights to go over the peninsula, and the lady working the floor helped us find the perfect ones. We chose Murano glass pendants, which were reasonably priced. We are waiting to close on the house and will have them delivered and installed. The store also has a great selection of unique home items and excellent customer service!

My wife and I went there this afternoon for the weekend Labor Day sale. Their door was locked, even though they were supposedly open until 5 PM. Three sales people saw me at the door. None would come to the door to explain why they were closed. It was a waste of a special trip and very poor salesmanship that not one person could come to the door and say sorry. Plenty of other fan stores in the area. They lost a customer and my business.

**I have to add this after the owner's reply. It was 3 PM on Saturday afternoon (not after 4PM). There was a gentleman in the store, so it was not all women. All they (the gentleman inside saw us) had to do was come to the door and explain why they were closed early (and why were they closed at 3 pm anyway?). It was broad daylight and my wife and I were potential customers. We felt dismissed and ignored as they could not even bother to come to the door. Sorry for the one star review, but I could not give zero stars.

***My mistake, the store does close at 4 pm. Again, I read the owner's reply, but I know what time I was there and it was a few minutes past 3 PM. I wrote my initial review after getting home at 4 pm (I can't verify your video timestamp, but my watch said it was 3:00).

Why would a customer (man) be the one telling people that you are closed? And do you expect anyone to lip read from 30 feet away? You admitted that the people inside saw customers outside. All that was needed was for someone to come to the door and say sorry we are closed. Even if I (any customer) was mistaken about the time/hours, it could have been cleared up with a little courtesy. Despite the excuses made by Matt, do you really think that ignoring potential customers is the best way to go?

Cute shop with lots of beautiful lamps and fans. I especially love the new chargeable lamps. Inga, was a delight to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend stopping by for all your lightning needs!
