The entire Far North Craftsmanship team and their subcontractors (Angler Electric and Rock Solid Plumbing) were far beyond five stars! The staff members were professional and considerate of our needs during our kitchen remodel. Our home was left clean each day and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home whether I was present or not. Joe did an incredible job with our cabinets! He is passionate about his work and it showed in the attention to detail and time spent making sure everything was perfect! Todd was a great lead, and Angelo’s team did great with our flooring. I would recommend Far North Craftsmanship to anyone considering a kitchen remodel.

Replaced bedroom windows with door for access to deck/hot tub. Far North came into my life when another contractor was unable to 'finish' a job already started (Covid-related). The estimate was timely, spot on when work was finished, and all work was done professionally in a timely manner. Most impressive was the cleanup--cleaner than when they arrived. The work consisted of replacing a large window with a 2-door installation for easy access from a bedroom to a deck and hot tub. My only regret? That I didn't look at their website first and select doors from them instead of the one I chose. I do LOVE my existing door, the work, the friendliness, cleanliness and timeliness. We are considering remodeling parts of the kitchen and will definitely return to Far North Craftsmanship for that work. Highly recommend them.

In completing a shower renovation with far north craftsmanship, I can say that the install team was excellent. Prompt responses, flexibility with changes, and above all professionalism were experienced with Todd, our installer.
I will note however that there seems to be a disconnect from owner, Gene, to the specific job in particular. We did experience some miscommunication and fails in coordination which led to time and money on our side. Feedback was given, wouldn’t consider it received well though.

All in all, I would recommend far north, I’m sure the lack of ownership and professional conduct was a transient occurrence.

Far North Craftmanship replaced the windows in our Big Lake cottage and did an absolutely fabulous job beginning with quoting the type of windows we needed through to fully installing new windows, interior and exterior trim, and leaving the home in perfectly clean condition at the end.

Gene has an exceptional team of people working together to delight the customer. Tiffany is arguably the best and most accurate scheduler I’ve ever worked with and the installers are complete professionals in their field! Gene sold us wonderful windows at a very competitive price. It was a total turn key for us and they even hung the window treatment back up before leaving. This was the first time we’ve done business with Far North Craftmanship and I recommend them without reservation. We will only call them in the future for our repair and remodeling needs. Wow! We could not have been more pleased!!

Gene is amazing to work with! His customer service and quick response to questions is well above any other contractor we have hired! He used his expert knowledge to help us finalize decisions about our remodel ideas for our kitchen and laundry room. We absolutely love the finished projects! When we had a subcontractor whose work was less than ideal, Gene quickly stopped the work in progress and remediated the issues with very little delay! Matt was excellent to work with as well, and all the subcontractors were clean, timely and efficient. Hire Gene to get your project done.. you will not be disappointed by using Far North Craftmanship!
