Based on my experience, I can honestly say that Farrell & Faber is an excellent architectural firm. Both Kevin and Jeff are fantastic to work with. They are not only knowledgeable and have lots of experience designing homes in Sonoma County but they are very professional and are extremely responsive to my needs. Not getting a timely response is one of the main things that get me frustrated and their communication has always been outstanding and very timely. I also think their process of designing homes is well refined and it involves listening to the customer on their needs. This was evident as I didn't have to go through numerous design iterations.
