I cannot be happier with First Home Staging and Katherine's crew! They were extremely responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Since I have many family members who work in real estate, we've worked with a few other stagers in the past. Due to a scheduling conflict with our usual stager, I reached out to First Home Staging based on their high reviews on Yelp, and I'm very glad that I did! Their quote was significantly lower than others, including the stager we used previously. I also made some last minute adjustments on the day before staging, and Katherine was very helpful and easy to work with. When the crew came the next day, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They knew exactly what to do. The final result was beyond our expectation, and the home looked stunning! Even all our family members who are in real estate were very impressed with Katherine's style and service (and they see a lot of staged homes every day!). I recently used First Home Staging for the first time after my stager of many years (that I loved) closed during Covid. I was pretty nervous about finding a replacement, but Katherine, Laura, and their crew of movers were all excellent. They transformed an older home to look current and contemporary. I don't believe this home would have sold easily vacant. Their thoughtful planning and placement of furniture and accessories was exactly what every room needed. I was impressed with the amount of furniture and accessories they used, as well as their attention to detail. I had many buyers at showings comment that the staging was great. They are one of the more reasonable stagers that I called, so price/value was very good, too. At the end, I really appreciated how flexible they were about scheduling the pick up. After the lender blew the loan approval date, I had to reschedule the staging pick up 3 times. Even though they had other jobs relying on things from this job, they were understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend First Home Staging and will be using them again on future listings.
